Yes — 50% upfront to start the work, 50% on approval of the final version before launch. You never pay the full amount before seeing the finished product. I don't ask for payment until you've approved a quote.
I focus on the Northern Beaches because that's where my local knowledge adds the most value — but I'm happy to work with businesses in surrounding areas. The whole process works perfectly well over email and phone.
