Within 24 hours of our chat, you'll receive a quote that spells out exactly what you're getting, what's not included, the timeline, and the total cost. Fixed price — not a range. Not an estimate. You approve it or we adjust it until you're completely comfortable. Only then do I start.
I'll give you a simple checklist — usually your logo, any photos you have, key information about your business, and your preferences. If you don't have photos, I'll source quality ones. If you're not sure what to write, I'll write it for you. I'm not precious about where the content comes from — I just need enough to build something great.
This is where I disappear for a bit and actually do the work. You'll hear from me when there's something worth showing you — not constant check-ins about nothing. When the first version is ready, I send you a live preview link so you can click around the actual site, not a static image of it.
Tell me what you love, what you'd change, and what's missing. I make revisions until you're genuinely happy — not just satisfied. I included a set number of revision rounds in your quote, but I'm not going to nickel-and-dime you over small things. The goal is a site you're proud to show people.
Once you've approved the final version, I connect your domain, push the site live, and run through a final checklist — forms working, links correct, mobile looking great, Google Analytics connected, speed test passed. Then I walk you through the site and hand you everything you need to manage it going forward.
Every build includes one month of free support after launch — questions, small changes, anything that comes up. After that, you can join one of my monthly care plans or just reach out when you need something. Either way, I don't disappear. You'll always be able to reach me directly.
Your logo (if you have one — I can help if not), any photos of your work or business, your contact details, and a rough idea of what you want the site to say. I'll guide you through everything else. Most clients find it takes them less than an hour to pull together what I need.
Not a problem. I use high-quality stock photography from Unsplash and other sources that looks professional and is tailored to your industry. For real client sites, I always recommend replacing stock photos with real ones of your actual work as soon as you can — it makes a significant difference to trust. But it's not a blocker for getting started.
Nothing at all. I handle everything technical — hosting, domain setup, SEO configuration, contact forms, analytics. The only thing you need to do is tell me about your business and give feedback on the design. I explain things in plain language and never assume you know what I know.
Small changes — updating text, adding a photo, changing your hours — are included for free in the first month after launch. After that, clients on a care plan get a set number of updates included monthly. For anything outside that, I charge a simple hourly rate that I'll quote before doing anything.
You approve a fixed quote before I start, and you see a live preview before the final payment is due. I ask for a 50% deposit upfront to start the work, and the balance is due when you've approved the final version and are happy to go live. You're never paying for something you haven't seen.
